This month also witness the power of human connection. National Mentoring Month is observed every January in the U.S.A. It encourages individuals to become mentors. This month, we celebrate those who give their time and knowledge to help others grow. We also encourage you to think about making a difference by becoming a mentor.
How National Mentoring Month Started?
This month was launched in 2002 by MENTOR: The National Mentorship Partnership and Harvard School of Public Health. It aims to raise awareness about the importance of mentoring. National Mentoring Month has become a nationwide moment. It brings together people, schools, and organizations to celebrate the positive impact of mentoring.
